OUR STORY

Soi began in 2019 in Darlinghurst, inspired by a vision to bring elevated Thai food to the local dining scene. Founded by an ex-Long Chim chef, our journey started with an authentic Thai menu, staying true to traditional flavors for the first three months. But it was Tony’s idea to introduce a unique twist—combining these classic elements with modern fusion, which has since become our signature style. Today, Soi offers a refined blend of authentic Thai and inventive fusion dishes, creating a completely unique experience for every guest.
